These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) and Ace Operate Solutions, LLC, including its DBA Ace Power Helpers (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and use of our services, website, and any other related engagement.

By booking our services, accessing our website, or communicating with our staff, you acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1. Services Provided

Ace Power Helpers is a professional labor-moving company operating under Ace Operate Solutions, LLC. We offer flexible and cost-effective moving solutions for both residential and commercial clients through the following service models:

  • Labor-Only Moving Services: The client provides the moving vehicle, and our team supplies trained personnel to assist with loading, unloading, lifting, and on-site moving tasks.
     
  • Full-Service Moving Support: We provide both the truck and the labor, delivering a streamlined, affordable, and efficient alternative to traditional moving companies.
     

2. Eligibility

To enter into a service agreement with us, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
     
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
     
  • Provide complete and accurate information required for service execution
     

3. Booking and Payment Terms

  • All service appointments must be scheduled and confirmed in advance.
     
  • Payment must be made in full or in accordance with the deposit policy as outlined at the time of booking.
     
  • We accept the following payment methods: major credit cards, debit cards, electronic bank transfers, and mobile payment platforms.
     
  • Late payments, declined transactions, or failure to pay in accordance with the agreed terms may result in service cancellation, suspension, or the addition of late fees.
     
  • If the client is unprepared or causes avoidable delays at the time of service, Ace Power Helpers reserves the right to charge wait-time or partial service fees.
     

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations for labor services must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
     
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a charge of up to 50% of the quoted service fee.
     
  • No-shows or failure to be present at the service location at the scheduled time may be billed in full.
     

5. Liability Disclaimer

While Ace Power Helpers is committed to providing reliable and professional service, we expressly disclaim responsibility for the following:

  • The condition, maintenance, or operation of client-provided vehicles, moving trucks, or equipment
     
  • Damages resulting from:
     
    • Improper or unsecured packing by the client
       
    • Pre-existing damage to items, property, or furniture
       
    • Unsafe structures, surfaces, or environments
       

Clients are responsible for overseeing on-site conditions and ensuring a safe workspace. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Conduct & Safety

Ace Power Helpers reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or refuse service if:

  • Any individual at the service location exhibits aggressive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior
     
  • Conditions at the service site are deemed hazardous or unsanitary
     
  • The client fails to adhere to payment terms or service expectations
     

7. Intellectual Property

All content published on our website and in printed materials — including but not limited to logos, service descriptions, images, documentation, and branding assets — are the exclusive property of Ace Operate Solutions, LLC. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Ace Operate Solutions, LLC and Ace Power Helpers shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits, business opportunities, or expected earnings
     
  • Indirect, incidental, punitive, or special damages
     
  • Claims brought by third parties arising from your use of our services
     

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to any conflict of law principles. Any disputes or claims arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
